Hidden objects

did a scan with avira an it found 2 hidden objects why are they should I worry

I get hidden objects with avira sometimes. Usally the next time I scan it finds none, so dunno if it deletes 'em or what.

EDIT: Do a scan with Malwarebytes just to make sure.
