Is there any way to hide channels on a Sky+ box that you don't have so that they don't show up in the planner and programs on those channels don't show up when you do a search?

I asked Sky about this some time ago and simply put their answer was "No." Mind you, this was like 7-8 months ago maybe there is a way to do it now but your best bet would be to call their "Technical Support" line.

They wouldn't want you to forget what you're missing out on with your pov package, would they? :p

As said though, you can add what you want to favourites and then either view just favourites on the EPG or press blue to scroll through them on the now/next bar.

Completely forgot I made this thread.

Yeah, I can't see them wanting to allow this as it effectively advertises whats on the channels you don't have.

Ah well, I'll just have to get used to it. I could do favourites for my channel listings, but this will still show in a search.

Cheers though.
