I have a few domains that I'd like to buy. What's the best way to Hide WhoIs?

If they're personal ones then pretty much any registrar will have a privacy service. Names.co.uk who I use include it in the cost. Iirc .co.uk and .uk have to be hidden by nominet rather than the registrar(simple form to fill out).
If it's a business URL then iirc depending on the TLD some companies will hide it for you but they cost more. May also have issues getting ssl certs since its not tied to your company.

GoDaddy is fine for .com. Whois protection can be added in the basket, it's about £7 a year if memory serves.
Heart Internet is fine for .uk / .co.uk. Note if you register the domain as an individual, only your name will show, not your address. If you want a full hide, they now have a product which is added in basket and is a few pounds a year.
