HIFI Audio Tube Amplifier SE EL34B Amp DIY Kit Stereo

There are quite a few valve kits out there but decent ones cost a fair amount so it all depends on how much you want to spend.
 
My experience with valve gear is the you typically get very much what you pay for. I've read plenty of horror stories of imported Chinese kit that has poor quality internals resulting in unreliability, mediocre performance and occasionally a potentially dangerous electrical item in your listening room.
I'd suggest you either go s/h with a decent manufacturer (e.g. old Leak) or a kit from a group like World Audio Designs. I've been very impressed by their amps. No, they're not in the bargain basement price area, but they're also not going to kill your dog whilst you're out.
 
As Mr S has said theres World Audio Designs, Audio Note even ******s do a kit or used to but as said earlier, decent kits arent cheap.

Huh? A well known electronics components shop that sells capacitors, resistors etc. I guess ts starred out as it may be a competitor?
