I am after some furniture for my seperates. Can't decide to go for one of those Atacama stacks with the bamboo shelves or something else. What are you guys using please?

I like oak and walnut.

Quadraspire. It is modular so different height equipment can be accommodated. There's a variety of finishes available for the shelves. The column supports come in silver or black.

I went from a cheapo Argos metal rack with glass shelves that used to rattle and buzz when the volume was cranked up to an Atacama stack with the bamboo shelves and it's worth every penny IMO. It looks great and offers a really solid support for your hifi separates.
I'm sure it all helps to improve the sound quality, but in my case I was unable to do a back to back comparison as I upgraded the whole system at the same time as I bought the Atacama.

That is nice! Thanks for posting the photo - love the contrast of the natural bamboo with the black units.

I have just seen this - £145. Tempted. What do you think?

Hesitating only because of the glass shelves - a few of you have commented that they might not be the best idea.
