All the 80mm fans seem to be 32-35CFM, Are there any with higher airflow? Am I missing something?

Try looking for industrial fans. How high an airflow do you need and what noise level can you tolerate? And how much are you prepared to pay?
The Sanyo Denki San Ace 9HV does 130 cfm but requires 41W.

OcUK have the following - Noctua and Noiseblockers that are ~50cfm and a 73cfm San Ace. Depending on your use case, might be other options that can be suggested
EDIT: Ignore me - the Noctua/Noiseblockers are ~50 m3/hour, so only 30cfm

Delta would be my thoughts, although you're likely looking at rack mount chassis cooling solutions which are noisy and power hungry.
You've got the 'twin fan' approach with the GFB0812ES-E for example, about £60, but that's going to draw 53w..... but it does give you (seems lower than the sanyo from earlier)

got at least 1 in a drawer somewhere wanted a high cooling fan many years ago
ended up using it for about 10 mins than removed.THEY are WAY too noisy and draw a lot of power.definitely not to connect to mobo

Also be aware that they draw 0.85a and most fan headers are rated to 1a. They are however very very well made.
