Hi chaps

Up until now I've hosted all my images on my own website. Well I ran a tech article in Motors and my 3Gb monthly bandwidth got spanked in 2 weeks with just 3Mb of images. I reduced them to 1Mb in total by resizing from 640x480 to 450x300 but this isn't going to fix my problem long term.

What's a good high bandwidth image hosting service? Free is best as usual but I guess I could pay if I really had to. And what about slow loading images? I notice that anything from imageshack for instance takes literally ages to load up even a 50Kb image

I use hosting unlimited for my website. They have 4 good packages on offer. Just depends what you want and how much you want to pay. Highly recomended though

I use Fotki, usually $50 a year but currently only $30 (£14.65) with unlimited bandwidth and storage

So theoretically I could be really cheeky and hotlink my whole website to them :p

Sorry to bump, but my hosting's £4.50 a month for 360GB webspace and 3600GB monthly bandwidth (plus a host of other extras). Give me a shout if you haven't found anywhere yet and want more details

Servage. And you know giving people coupons where you both benefit is against the forum rules. ;)

Having said that I have a few websites hosted on Servage and have no complaints whatsoever, and have never even got close to the limit. :D

Just emergencyly tried dropfiles.net which will relieve the problem. They are ok for 5Gb for free but the upload process is a bit round the houses style.

Damn dropfiles.net keeps going down

Still I guess you get what you pay for :p

It's posts like this reminds me how lucky I am to have an unlimited bandwidth quota for my site; to the point I don't actually know how much I use!

Exactly, right. It's not just a question of getting enough bandwidth but also a host that can deliver the goods.

125GB/month with TSOhost - I have their top end service @ £5/month and it's much better than what I had before with Getpro. The CpanelX usage stats are very good too.
