you are not giving us much to work with, like what apps are you using and what are you using this for?
how much VRAM do you really need?
do you really need a workstation card? if yes then £400 is not going to buy your much in terms of performance and memory size certainly nothing new.
if you are happy to leave aside the workstation card, then get RTX 4070 12GB as long as the VRAM is enough for your workload and should allow 4 x 4k @ 120hz display at once but best to double check this. You usually pay for workstation features apart from some very niche workloads you don't really need them not for the average use case and you can get away with using a consumer card as long as it meets your performance criteria. Frankly you get much more bang for buck.

So, you just want memory bandwidth? Could look at older AMD instinct cards to get a decent amount of hbm2 on a workstation card.
