The foods I've encountered which have high cholesterol are eggs, some fish (haddock, sardines etc), chicken or turkey meat (mostly leg/dark meat) cheeses and milk.
Of course, these foods have plenty of goodness too, so it's a matter of balancing them as part of your daily intake. One egg is 70% of your daily cholesterol apparently. Check here for full data on any food you are concerned about:
I'm also not sure how intake of cholesterol equates to blood cholesterol, and the so called 'good' and 'bad' types. If you're eating 4 eggs a day or something this may be something to address though!
