High CPU Temperatures

hi, i built my system in march and had my CPU overclocked to 4.5 @ 1.295V and it ran under stress with OCCT at about 85 degrees max. I recently had to take off the overclock due to BF4 crashes and since ive put it back on its hitting 95 with the tests. What could be the problem ? should i reapply new thermal paste ?

Yea I would a re-mount to be honest...

Hi, it might be stable at 1.295v with OCCT but if its crashing in BF4 its not quite stable try upping the CPU volts a notch 1.300v

Try playing BF4 for stability + temps or you could back off to 4.4ghz check stability+ temps.
