High CPU Temps

Hi,

I have been having a few problems with the stability of my system recently, and after some investigations, it seems my CPU is overheating (it's hitting 100C  under load) and is idling at ~57C. It's been overclocked for years with a sensible vCore (1.2875V)

System is as per sig. WIth w/c loop of Pump > Rad (480) > CPU > Northbridge > GPU1 > GPU2 > Pump.

The GPU temps are ok, so am confident the loop is working.

The CPU block is a Swiftech Apogee GTZ that has been sat for about 4 years, could it be as simple as it just needs some new TIM (I think it was Arctic Silver 5 that was originally used), or could it be something else?

Just wanted to check before I strip everything down...

Gave my rig a full drain and flush and reapplied TIM and seems a bit better now. Will give it a few days to see how it goes as the TIM matures. Got 1 core that is 5-10c cooler than the others for some reason too!

CPU is still running hot. Its hitting 75-80c at Stock and 100C when overclocked. GPUs are still nice and cool. Could it just be the CPU is on its last legs?
