Hi i need some help finding a gfx card for my server/gaming pc

The server will be running 24/7 and am looking for a Gfx card that is good enough to game with at max Res 24" screen but also be able to run low power when not gaming.

something that can run high end and switch to low power option.

is there something like this available?
