Not sure if these guys still exist but...

I'm thinking of a high-end Japanese case brand that used to exist about 20 years ago (competed with the gorgeous all-aluminum Coolermaster cases of that time), but were kinda hard to get. They had some sweet designs that were colored/anodized in some pretty slick colors for the time.

Does anyone recall the name? And do they still exist?!

[UPDATE]

Ok got it after searching some (very) old posts on here...

What a name... looks like they've been defunct for years though :(

Abee?

Hmm, not Abee but the name might have been similar? Some of their cases are kewl though.

Temjin was just a model name of Silverstone cases iirc?

Temjin and TJ07 are silverstone cases...

I think I can remember what the OP is on about, if they're the ones I'm thinking of they didn't have 'kite marks' or something so couldn't be easily bought in the uk....

edit: are you sure it wasn't early jonsbo cases?

There's a couple on yahoo Japan auctions, not the XR mind.

Looking at them they seem to be ahead of their time.

I love how the motherboard tray slides out to make it easy to build. Though cable management could be quite the issue, but it's in a closed case so suppose people wont see the inside.

In some aspects for sure, but in other aspects they're pretty dated - front of case with all the internal & external drive bays just screams "early 2000s".

Don't think I could bring myself to build in one these days...!

Yeah dated now, but at the time they were ahead.
