I can see where my pings are jumping but dont know and is there anything i can do about it?

Im on the Virgin 20mb cable package, and this has only recently started happening, say a week or two.

Would the best bet just be to phone Virgin and explain to them?

Any advice would be great.

The ping spikes as soon as it hits the OVH network. It looks like a problem with the OVH network :)

This is annoying, it was fine last night but now tonight its back up again :(

So theres nothing i can do?
