High gpu usage in menus

Hi my set up is rtx 2070 and im running it on a 144hz gsync monitor, when im in game menus the fans spin up and uses a lot of gpu power which isnt needed im only in the menu lol is there anything i can do to prevent this ? thanks

Thanks for reply it only goes to my max 144fps but sounds really loud why does it max out lol

i set my lobby fps to 30 in pubg

I don’t see an option for this in bfv,I can in bo4 should be in all games imo
