My Q6600 has been on 3.2 for a few months now with no problems what so ever on default volts (1.26500) but I don't no whether it is my room that is making the inside of my PC so hot. I must admit my room is boiling hot, and in the winter my Q6600 was idling around 19-25c. The PC is currently under the opened window and heatsink is Zalman CNPS9700 at the lowest possible speed. Case is Lian Li PC-7 SE-B III Black Midi Tower cooled by 3 Noctua NF-P12s.

I have resat the heatsink a few times and replaced the TIM but only reduces the temps by a mere few degrees. Any suggestions? Maybe a new heatsink?
