High latency in WOW

Hi

Has anyone on here noticed high latency on WOW over the last week or so. Been getting 450-600 latency

. I use Zen as my ISP.

Thanks. What ISP are you with? As i'll be requesting a mac code monday, had this problem with Nildram a year or so ago - this problem doesn't get fixed.
