high pitched noise coming from around the CPU ?

Hi bit hard to explain but just noticed it lately every so often I will here a high pitches noise coming form around my CPU which has a tuniq Tower on it. It will sound this way for about 20 seconds then goes a way again.

Any one else ever had this problem, I am unsure if its something blocking the fans or if its the actual CPU.

Just to add my CPU is overclocked.

It's probably a capacitor near the socket that's resonating.

quite normal apparently

often happens on GPUs when they are under load.
