High pitched whine

My pc makes this high pitched sound when under load. At first I thought it was my graphics card but I think it might be my psu. Should I be worried? It's quite annoying.

make of the power supplie?

something you can do is roll up a magazine, and use it to track down the sound, make sure its not coming from elsewhere

It's an Antec CP 850watt.

I'll try and locate the sound in a minute.

It could be general capacitor squeal. My desktop does it when under heavy load, but only briefly. It's just copper wires vibrating as the capacitors charge/discharge.

Or it could be something else

What mobo do you have?

Most likely normal

I'm pretty sure it's comming from my psu.
