High pitched whistle

bit of a strange one but i swapped my CPU from a P4 2.6 to a P4 3.2 and now my motherboard makes a high pitched whistle, have tried different fan on CPU plus turned off case fans also a different psu so i'm sure the sound is coming from the motherboard also took all my other cards out

Cheers for the info in the end i put my P4 2.6 back in as the sound was getting on my nerves

Just got a reply from Asrock and they say to disable thermal throttling temperature control, will give it a go later but can't see how it's going to help
