Looking to get a high quality keyboard and mouse. I don't do any gaming, this is purely for development.

I used to have the Logitech DiNovo kit but they don't appear to make it anymore. I'm looking for something that is going to look good on my desk, preferably with laptop style keys.

Any suggestions?

The MX is a terrible mouse, the sensor is dreadful and it a stupid place.

Logitech is a very good bet though, they make some amazing kit and their customer service is outstanding.

I like the look of the keyboard, but not to keen on the mouse... prefer a more traditionally shaped mouse. Do I have to use the Logitech receiver or can I use my integrated Bluetooth device?

I used to have a DiNovo. Very sleek looking board, but in the end it is a rubberdome keyboard and it died Letter E first just like a few cheaper keyboards before. Logitech did replace it before the decent length warranty expired, but it died again a while after. I did prefer the laptop style keys too, but have come back from that!

I'm on a decent mechanical keyboard now. Qpad MK-85 (Blue switches) with silicone rings from the bay to dampen bottoming out noise. Would you consider a mechanical instead?
