high refresh for work

the screen i use for work. is starting to go bad, so thinking of getting a new one.
Is it worth going for a high refresh screen, is it easier on the eyes (less eye strain)
it for work only. no games
looking something 32"-34" 25260*1440

Down to personal preference tbh. I dont think its easier on the eyes but had a 75hz screen for work for a bit and it was nicer to use than a 60hz screen.
Saying that currently using a 60hz 4K screen for work and its fine.

I have similar requirements but do a bit of gamin. Been looking at ASUS ProArt PA278CV
