High Resolution Satellite Map printing solutions?

Hi all, I need to print a large (3 x 2m) high resolution satellite image map and I’m struggling to find how to do it successfully.

It’s for an information board at a school and we want the children to be be able to view in high detail their school and some of the the surrounding area.

We can get it printed, just need to work out how to get the image to the printers. Any idea on how to get this out a service/ company that does this?

Do you already have the imagery? most printers can tell you the format, etc. they'll accept and how to send it.

You'll probably want aerial photography for decent resolution - costs will depend a lot on if there is imagery already available. Satellite resolution from someone like Maxar you are likely talking 5-10metres per pixel.
