Take a look at this amazing HD video, shot with a Phantom Flex high speed camera which is capable of shooting from 5 fps to over 10,750 fps. The video was shot in 1080p at 2564 fps:

It might cost a lot more nuts than that.

I've seen their range quoted at $50,000 to $150,000 and $3,000 for a day rental. I guess we'll have to stick to something like the Casio EX-F1.
