high temps help

hi guys ive just took the plunge and gone custon loop with 480 rad 45mm with x4 sp fans pulling cooling gtx 780 full block temps on this are great 35 full load
but my cpu is running 50-70 gaming and if i stress it goes into 80 i am using EK-Supremacy EVO

now i have remounted it a few times also i have the inflow out flow going right i also have the right fitting in block i checked now my flow rate is fine as my gpu is fine so why so high on cpu

spec of my pc is

x5560 x58 board @ 4.3
gtx 780
EK-D5 Vario X-RES 140 including Pump

whats driving me crazy is my old h100i kept my cpu cooler

hi guys i am using the I1 insert J1 jet that's was the default out of the box and best set up for me according to my instructions the paste i am using is ek-tim i ran out of arctic silver as i have had it off and on a few times and i didn't have a lot left i have done it enough times i am happy with the paste have volts on auto on the board cpu-z says 1.376 v ty for your help

tbh i thinks the heat sink isn't down enough only thing i can think of like the screws are right for my board what sort of temps should i be looking at ? full stress with water cooling

i used the screws with the larger thumb grips i got them finger tight i followed the instructions the cpu block is brand new

if you look closely you can see the allen key fitting i think this is slighty holding cpu block of cpu

It's a gigabyte x58a-ud3r I might try and tighten then see if it goes down ty for your help

The paste dosnt spread top left now that I think about it it is uneven

Yes there 4 Allen keys top and bottom no room to move block between them.
There keeping the block slightly off cpu will try to screw the. Down tomorrow as out now ty for your help

sorted it guys it was resting on some little siver plugs things just left of the cpu just had to put left side in first so it ride on them ty for all your help

Ran Intel burn test last night for 10 was staying under 65 so temps are better I'll test more today when I finnish work
