Highend Air cooler for itx build

4790k @4.4 on an Asus z97i itx mobo.

Currently has a Corsair AIO which I think is on its way out, sounds like the pump is ticking at time. When this happens temps spike. So want to go back to air.

I need a cooler that will fit and not foul the Pcie lane.

Lets say budget £50-60 (ex p&p)
