Higher temps? Hmm

Noticed I've had quite high temps than usual lately.

Idle temps used to be:
CPU: 25'c
GPU: 40'c

Now idle is anywhere between (CPU) 36'c -> 42'c and GPU 54'c

The only major difference is swapping my Corsair 650D to a Thermaltake Level 10 GT, but I'm not sure this is enough to warrant an extra 10'c ?
Also now running a 120Hz monitor, not sure if going from 60Hz to 120Hz increases temps?

Case: Thermaltake Level 10 GT
CPU: Intel i7 3820 @ Stock 4GHz
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100
GFX Card: GTX 680
BCLCK: 103 MHz
Multiplier: 38
CPU VCore: 1.28

Anybody with the same case had the same issue? Or anyone else suggest a problem that may not be the case?

I'm almost very tempted to sell the case and go back to the 650D or 800D.

any air bubbles inside the h100? lie the pc on its side for a few days and then put it upright again, maybe moving the cooler has trapped some air bubbles?

other than that if all youve done is swapped cases it can only be your new case has poorer airflow compared to your original one

As both have gone up about the same amount after changing cases I'm leaning toward case airflow being the cause. Is case is now 10-14c hotter than it was before? ;)

GFX Card is down to 33'c after disabling second monitor, forgot about that :p but CPU remains at 34-39'c even after setting fan speeds to 100%

Will give the H100 pipes a bit of tapping and run it on it's side for a few days.

Airflow is currently this which I can't see any other way to improve

The problem is obvious. Case is empty. :D

Looks good to me.

Any difference in number of fans and cfm ratings between cases?

Obviously you are not overheating. But would be nice to figure out why temps are higher now than before.

Previous case was a 650D so only had;
1x 200mm intake at front
1x 140mm exhaust rear
2x 120mm exhaust top standard Corsair H100 fans (which also using now)
