just a quick ask what is the highest tepm you have seen on your sandybridge chip also add you speed ad vcore i will start

vcore 1.288
temp 54c

Might be a good idea to set a constant in how the temps were reached. 20 runs of IBT max for example, your rough ambient temp and type of cooling used, other wise the results will be meaning less.

Speed - 4.3Ghz
Vcore - 1.195V
Temp - 34 degrees

Not the best measure and I know I can push her further but I see no need right now .

Yeah got it for a couple of quid although my TRUE is a bit of a duff one, so i've got a chunk of cardbord underneath the mount to give it a bit of extra force

Hi, I just ordered the i5 2500k from overclockers store, when I overclock the CPU with the Noctura NH-D14 cooler.

What is the lowest voltage I can achieve If I plan on going to 4.5/4.6GHZ?(rough estimate as every chip is different of course)

What is the safe temperature threshold for this cpu, while playing Intensive games?

Thanks guys, I'm clueless to these CPU's I have not owned an Intel Product in over 10 years.

well for 4.6 i use 1.288v,core temp says max core temp is 98c but i would stay below 80c

Just a heads up guys. Intel lists the tCase at 72.6C.
