I have it but dont know what its used for as never used it and dont know what the results would mean...

Looks fine to me, if your happy with ANT.com search bar etc.

The file missing parts probably just mean it's reading the path wrong or it doesn't have the admin rights to read them. You can check they are there yourself.

They helped me dig out and kill a really nasty rootkit on the youngster's machine a while back. It took a week to get it sorted but gave me a totally clean machine at the end of it.

The amount of time and effort they give for free is phenomenal.
 
Run

PCDecrapifier on that machine, it'll strip out the crap from startup (things that aren't viruses, but just crap)
 
There's a site you can paste that into, and it'll tell you if anything's bad. Can't remember what the site is though.

Although I wouldn't trust it that much now since they don't keep up to date with directory changes.
