I'd appreciate anyones help looking at this logfile 
I'm not 100% confident that everything is okay.
I had a couple of random DDL files in HiJackThis but now there is just one. I don't know if there is anything else suspicious, but any advice on making sure this PC is nice and disinfected is appreciated. Googling shows some wierd "trusted zones" which obviously should be removed, but I thought I'd show them to you anyway in case it helps you see what I got infected with?
