Hinges Snapped Off!

My HP Presario V5000's hinges snapped off quite a while ago! One by one. Any ideas on how I could possible fix it, or just make it portable again? Tried a few bodge jobs but they all don't seem to work!

Crikey, I've googled so much over the past half a year at least, and something that blatant didn't hit me..

edit: Although saying that, the case has actually snapped with the hinges, so just new hinges wouldn't work.
