Hi. As a newbie to this site and to my, shortly arriving, new computer Im sure my question has been asked many times before so just bear with me! Im getting a Striker extreme II, with a Q9550 @ 2.83 and 4 gb of 1600mhz DDR3 ram. The other stuff is mention in my personal details stuff. I have no idea about overclocking but hope to take the chip to 3+ ghz. Will this be easy? Will I need to mess with the ram too? The computer is being built for me and should have upto date bios etc. I dont even know where to start! Sorry for being such a noob! im sure im so confused because i havent actually got the pc yet and im imagining all sorts of complicated choices! So really looking for anyone with any experience with the mobo im getting and maybe with the same chip. So any tips?
