I like Hip HOP, but I don't like RNB.

Plus if you like RNB, you probably don't like the good hip HOP

I can't stand RnB but I love Hip Hop. Some of my favs:

early Mobb Deep
early Wu Tang (mainly Ghostface, Meth, GZA and Raekwon)
Common
Pete Rock & CL Smooth
early Redman
early Kweli & Mos Def
Gang Starr (everything Premier touches turns to gold)
The Pharcyde
The Roots
early Xzibit
some others I can't think of...

Pretty much any uk or us hip hop from the 80s to about '95 does for me.

Although Jay Z goes against all hip hop meant to me , I really like his stuff.

RNb is good for making love and i really like Jay-z stuff but Nas is the top MC that touch the mic after RIP PAC. What do ** lot thing about Nas joining Jay-z ?

I don't like RnB that much either. I like a lot of the Hip-Hop that's been mentioned but I couldn't get in to Jurassic 5. I've only listened to two of their albums but thought Quality Control was better than Power In Numbers.

Others that haven't been mentioned that I like are:

I like "proper" HipHop, not really feeling the commercial stuff.

Don't like the girly RnB either, but I do listen to Soul, old RnB etc.
