Hiper 580 Modular - PCIE Power connector - question

Upgraded to PCIE yesterday only to find that the supplied cable would not fit the PCIE power socket on my 7800GT.
The one supplied with the PSU had metal contacts in all sockets where as the one supplied with the 7800 had the contact missing in one socket and it fitted fine.
Anyone else had this problem?

no mine worked fine. same psu with a bfg 7800gt

No probs here either with a BFG 7800GT :confused:

thats weird... maybe a fault manufacturing. that shouldnt be an issue
