Hiper or Silverstone?

Which brand would you go for?

HIPER 530W PSU

or

Silverstone 500w?

Will be used with rig in my sig.

Not got any other choices? Can't go for a corsair, Antec, seasonic etc?

I have been offered either the hiper or silverstone by a friend but I dont have a great knowledge about the silverstones or Hipers. I take it the silverstones are a far better deal then. I will be using it for overclocking and need it to be rock solid.

Silverstone psu, Hiper PSU had a bad batch which caused them to blow, Especially the 580 watts ones

Not to mention hiper have gone the way of the dodo, so no support whatsoever.
