i have noticed quite a few people around these parts use hiper psu's and i was just wondering what the cable sleeving is like, mainly on the 580w modular ones as i have just found out my ultra x connect psu doesnt allow my to put the side of my case on due to large molex plugs. typical, bought a new case for sideloading HDD slots and my new psu stop my from putting it together.

(i cant return anything as i have had it a while/ got it offa ebay)

I must admit i have had my Hiper Modular for about 3 or 4 months now without any problems. Really high quality psu in my opinion and the cable sleeving is top quality.
A very good psu i thinks :D

What he said ^^
I have the 580w, however, it's not the most quiet psu out there. It's quiet at idle, but when I rev up a game or something the 80mm fan quickly picks up speed. Great psu though, for a great price(at least when I bought it :p )

i have an hyper 580w psu with a single 120mm fan nice enougth psu powering my overclock and volted x3800 and overclocked 7800gtx just fine but its a nosiy bugger , i miss my tagan for that considering swiching back to a ultra quite 580w tagan (there 2 80mm fan system seems quieter that hypers 1 120mm fan)

I am happy with my Hyper as well - but I can't follow what the rest are saying about noise?

If I didn't have a gfx card in my computer it would sound as if it was shut off - no noise whatsoever..
