Hi
I ask if Hiper have the reputation of a fast turnaround on their RMA service, as ilm sure i've read that in the past. The thing is, i have a dead Type R 580 sat here, and contacted them via email 2 days ago, then again today, and have still not heard a thing. I can see me having to phone them on monday at this rate.
