Hiper Type R 480W for conroe?

I bought a Hiper Type R 480W (ATX 2.2) last year and am now awaiting my conroe setup so question is: will this be okay to run e6400, P5B, x1900xt? If so do i need a PCI-e adapter, If not then suggestions plz.

It will have a PCI-E adapter. It should be enough to run that system but to be honest I would go for at least 500W. I am pretty sure the X1900XT says you need a 500W PSU.

I had a Hiper R at 480 and it struggled with my x1900xtx so I got a seasonic S12 600w. Much better

What symptons will i get if its struggling?
