one is £64, the other is £52.
it seems like the performance is about the same, but what would you choose and what's the different? is the Hiper HPU-4K580-MK that neat?

i am on a low budget atm, so £12 is quite a big different for me XD

or Enermax Noisetaker 535W EG565AX-VE(W), OCZ ModStream 520w, both cost £64 as well.

Neither of the Hipers. They will go bang. There have been quite a few failures lately, mine included after over a year of use. I was unlucky enough for it to take out my motherboard as well.

PSU's are one area you should not skimp on. Out of the other two i would go for the Enermax. If you are on a tight budget then you really should shop around a bit.

The Corsair HX520 is rated well and within the same price range.
