Can you guys let me know where / how you got your current job? Was it through an agency or did you browse websites like reed.co.uk?

Any recommendations where is best for recruiting web developers would be great.

Be prepared to get bombarded by wannabe developers. ASP.NET just seems to attract all the fodder that don't have a clue what they're doing.

Hundreds of Indian companies trying for out source and hundreds of keyboard jockeys without a clue.

Getting the right people is so difficult.
