HIS 1950Pro - Returning policy to OC?

What do I have to do with this card if I am to return it to OCuk? It has a warrenty and from what I read there was a problem with the batch?

I got this card just before Christmas and have had no stop problems with it since.

This seems to play for a while on games particularly CSS and then just cut out. Its not like I am pushing it at all. Its run on stock and have low settings for the game.

Can someone from OC advise me please?

im sure they replace it within 28 days of purchase (maybe less) after that its RMA to manufacturer which takes a quite a while longer.

I dont mind how long it takes. I just want a nice working graphics card. I have a spare 9800xt anyway. So that will get me by.

Do i just phone then up and ask about what to do?
