Hi all
After installing Track Mania Canyon on my sons comp he is complaining that after about 5 mins of play that the gfx display a shimmer. you can see it on the text - a flicker almost if u had applied a water effect. If you alt tab to windows its there too.
Running MSI afterburner shows this to start happening when the card reaches about 73 deg and as soon as it sits on the desktop enough for it to drop below 70 it returns to normal.
We have repeated the fault now several times as above. I put my ICEQ version of the same card in and no issue.
We tried lowering settings but it still happens to a lesser extent. I assume there is no other potential root cause other than the card about to fail. anyone else had this.

Crosshair Formula IV
1090T
4Gb Ram
600watt Corsair PSU
Catalyst 11.8
the card was bought last Nov - Do I RMA with OCuK or is there HIS UK Support ?
