Hi all,
Because of financial restraints, I've started my Core-Duo build in stages. I've got 6300 running on an Asrock 775Dual-VSTA motherboard so that I can use my DDR ram and AGP card (9800Pro 128) until funds allow.
Next on my shopping list will prolly be a graphics card, and I like the look of the HIS ATI Radeon X1900 GT ICEQ 3. Mainly on price/noise/performance, but I have few questions.
Are there any known problems with this Brand/Card, and also what is the warranty.
It's not mentioned on the OC description, but on the HIS site it says the card comes bundled with the VIVO cables. Does anyone know if this is the case with the OC one, and if so what is the video capture quality like.
Feel free to make any alternative suggestions. I know any decent card PCI-E card will be compromised on this motherboard, but whatever I choose will be in service when my new motherboard and RAM are finally affordable.
I appreciate any input.
Regards,
Whammer
