Guru 3D has a review of that card which is pretty good I'm not going to link just in case there is competitor advertisement but a quick google search will get you there.

Hi,
I currently have that card in my pc- i haven't done any proper benchmarking (3d mark etc), but did overclocck it and run the heaven test- it's done very nicely!
currently sitting at: GPU 1130 mhz, Volts:1182 and memory at 5304 mhz.

Ahh very nice, it's not bad for people on budget. What games you playing at the moment with this card?

I currently play moh;warfighter, dead island and chivalry medieval warfare- all running on the highest settings with no issues. I have this paired with an i5 2500k and 8gb ram.

See im on budget so im going with AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black 3.4GHz Quad-Core and 8gb RAM. I know not amazing but for now its brilliant value and i made my spec so i can upgrade in future

sounds like a good value set up, i have no intention of upgrading for a good while now :-)
Perhaps try some water cooling, but thats it!
Good luck with your set up, will play those games you mentioned easily.

Cheers pal, i have a project log thread right now, only list at the moment but i will be keeping it updated so keep eye out if your interested

Great card but be warned the cooler can get a bit noisy at the default speeds on the 7850 IceQ version. It only spins up to 40-50% ish at 60C but can be very audible unless wearing headphones or have the speakers ramped up. Best to set up your own profile for the fan as it doesn't need to spin that fast to keep things sub 60C.

see noise is not a big thing for me as i be gaming so headset will be used 90% of the time. But i will find some software for controlling fan speed etc.

And to comment made about MSI TF3, if you read fully my project log, it states that im spreading the buying between this payday and December payday and this offer ends this Wednesday so i went with the card i mentioned here. i know core clock is 900 on that card though and with mine its 860 but i can live with that

Sorry I'm on phone so didn't read whole blog/thread,as for stock clocks don't worry, all 7850's will max out the ccc overdrive sliders 1050mhz core and 1450mhz mem without touching the voltages,I own the tf3 and fan noise is non existent in gaming

Ahh okay that's cool, i was thinking why you didn't see what i had typed up properly lol

Yeah fan noise seriously is not an issue for me.

I have this card runs at 1200 core, 1300 memory at 1.165v so a good clocker. I did think the card construction was a bit flimsy but have had no problems.
