does anyone know how i can increase my fan speed as it does not appear to increase when the gpu is under load

Download rivatuner mate works a treat but you'll notice your fan gets a little too loud past 50-60% fan speed.

i downloaded rivatuner but havent got a clue how to set or test fan speed

Click the customize button, then gfx card icon then fan tab.
Click fixed, then move the slider.

I personally use ATi Tray Tools, but don't know if it works with the newer cards.

maybe i got the wrong version as i can not see any sliders anywhere just inpt boxes

i got version 2.06

there is no fan icon with my x1950gt either. i have read step by step walkthroughs lol and i still can't do it. i don't think my card is capiable of doing it.
