HIS IceQ 7950 boost couple issues...

My vram temps don't show properly either, always saying 24c.

The voltage boost doesn't bother me really. But if you really don't like this 'feature' there are some on the forums who flashed their boost bios to a 7970 one with good results & may be able to provide you with the bios.. obviously at your own risk:D
 
I might change the values in BIOS, but not sure how to do it.
I'v seen recently someone doing it in 670 so when the card goes in load the clock stays as the boost would normally kick in. Apparently you get higher FPS as well and its much more stable then with boost kicking in at some points.
I'v noticed this as well on my IceQ.
