HIS ICEQ3 X1900XT Fan Rattle Problem

Recently bought an HIS ICEQ3 X1900XT and to start with I could barely hear it. But the fan has started to rattle a bit, usually solved by giving the case a bit of a thud which fixes it for a while. However when I came in tonight you could hear the fan from outside the room, which is pretty awful considering I can barely hear the CPU fan and case fans from the other side of the room.

Anyone had this problem with an ICEQ3 fan? Fixed it? Because I'm really not sure how i can fix it. I could take the cooler off and see what there is to see but I doubt there's much I can change.

Any ideas??

i only received mine yesterday - and - i cant tell if its cpu, pcu or gpu fan that is making the noise but my god - having installed the new card, it makes an absoloutue racket under heavy loading

Im going to wait until R600 is out + 1 month, then RMA it and hope for a DX10 card

Removed the card, prodded the fan a bit and remounted it. Seems to have sorted itself out a bit, its gone from a rattle you could hear on the other side of the room with the case sides on, to a rattle I can just about hear with the sides off.

Will have to do I think...
