Does anybody know the quickest way of contacting them and getting an answer? My 2900XT is dying so I need to discuss RMA with them.

Also, does anybody have experience with their support?

gibbo i just yesterday spent over 8ton with you guys, this included a 8800 gtx and now its gone down a tenner. is there anything you can do? i would have pm'd you but dnt know how. also dnt trust the webnote thing very much sometimes get a reply most of the times not or way too late.
