Never had a HIS card fail. still have my 9700pro and 9800pro IceQ. also still have a saphire 9800 as does my brother but the pasive model.
I have had a few asus cards fail, plus they have pretty bad rma support unless you find waiting days for an email reply with broken english only to be told to retrurn it to the place you got it almost at the end of your 3 year warrenty good support...., so wont really be bothering with them again.
Some ATI partners actually give lifetime warrenties like some of Nvideas but they seem to be hard to find in the uk.
