Is it worth paying the extra?

Main use is Sky+HD and Kodi in living room for parents.

For an extra £70 you are future proofed with a 4k HDR TV.

Its for parents so wont be any gaming but then being a little more future proof sounds good but will it actually work out that way?

Yea the review was glowing which is why im tempting to spend more for it but dont know if benefits will even be visible or even if it will be anymore future proof.

I love my own hisense but I also love my small samsung

and I dont live at home so yea, wont be used for gaming lol.

I doubt I would rob their TV either so yea ignore gaming.

Normal soaps / daytime tv sd/hd kodi with 720/1080 sources.

They might extend to the odd netflix amazon prime in future but atm no need.

Its all down to picture quality and sound quality and features/use.
